Lou

Thomine

I am a PhD student in philosophy in the Cologne Center for Contemporary Epistemology and the Kantian Tradition (CONCEPT) and in the a.r.t.e.s. doctoral shool of the University of Cologne (Germany). Before that, I received an  MA and a BA in philosophy from the University Grenoble Alps (France).

My research interest falls at the intersection of epistemology, social philosophy, and ethics. I also maintain an interest in philosophy of mind, feminist philosophy, postmodernism and poststructuralism. The provisional title of my PhD dissertation is Epistemic Injustices, Stereotypes and Evidentialism, and it is written under the supervision of Prof. Sven Bernecker.

I am also the spokesperson of the PhD students at the a.r.t.e.s. doctoral shool.

My PhD studies are funded by a grant from the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst.
